High frequency welding (HFW) is mainly used for ordinary or
thin-walled steel pipes. It includes contact welding and induction
welding. DC welding is usually used for small diameter steel pipes.
ERW steel pipes used to transport gas and liquid objects (such as
oil and natural gas) can meet low and high pressure requirements.
In recent years, with the development of ERW technology, more and
more ERW steel pipes are used in oil and gas fields, automobile
industry, etc.
